5 spacious bedrooms sleep 11 people, with additional bunk room that sleeps 10.

Golf carts provided at the house for an amazing “Stay and Play Golf” experience.

The space
Beautiful, large home located right on Sky Ranch Golf Course, with golf carts on site for guests taking advantage of Stay and Play Golf options. Main floor boasts 4 large bedrooms (Bedroom #1: King bed with en-suite bath (tub and shower) - Bedroom #2: King bed with sofa sleeper and pack and play - Bedroom #3: King bed with attached 1/2 bath - Bedroom #4: Queen bed with attached handicapped accessible bath. Pool table and designated poker room with bar. Full kitchen with all the comforts of home.
Large deck with excellent views of Sky Ranch Golf Course hole #16. Hot tub, outdoor dining, large sitting area with fire pit.
All of the main level/deck is wheel chair accessible.

Basement includes Bedroom #5: King bed, plus boasts an additional large room with 4 sets of bunk beds, and sleeps 10. Perfect for all the kids!
Bathroom with shower.

Large seasonal pond is located on the property and adjacent to the back patio. Swimming or entering the pond is prohibited. House interior is extremely family/child friendly, however the pond does not have safety features to prevent access.
