A new gorgeous two plus-bedrooms, three-bathroom, a den, duplex that sleeps six guests with HD TV in every room. We offer car parking in a parking lot at Sargents Wharf, two blocks away from the water (parking included is rare in Boston.) This lovely, spacious apartment is on a quiet, Italian-style street on the same block as Paul Revere's house near the Sacred Heart Church and Sun Court. It is a short walk to Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market, and the Freedom Trail, A rare find!

The space
A brand new gorgeous two-bedroom, a den and three-bathroom duplex that sleeps six guests with HD TV in every bedroom. We offer car Parking in a parking lot at Sargents Wharf, two blocks away on the water (parking included is rare in Boston.) This lovely, spacious apartment is on a quiet, Italian-style street on the same block as Paul Revere's house near the Sacred Heart Church and Sun Court. It's an amazing location, a short walk to Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market, and the Freedom Trail, as well as the "T", stop at Haymarket. A rare find!
This unique duplex is beautifully decorated. It has a small living room with a sofa connected to a modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The upper floor has a living room and a bathroom attached, a kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a 2nd bathroom. There are separate entrances for the lower floor and upper floor. The upper floor is connected by wooden stairs to the lower floor. The lower floor has a bedroom and a den, one with two twin beds and the other with a queen-size bed. There is a bathroom in the hallway adjacent to the master bedroom unit, as well as a washer and dryer. It is a sure favorite for its location and comfort. Amenities include high-speed Internet, cable, central heat, A/C, linens, and towels.
Little Italy is a friendly, safe, family-oriented neighborhood with great restaurants, cozy cafes, and mom-and-pop shops. It's a short walk to many tourist sites. The streets are narrow, and often you will find cars double-parked while people greet each other or grab a cup of cappuccino from the now-famous Mike’s pastry on Hanover St. Enjoy our home away from home and immerse yourself in Boston Little Italy, the coolest neighborhood in Boston.

Other things to note
The apartment is on two floors. To enter, you need to climb about ten stairs and enter unit number 1. Then to go to the lower floor, you go down one flight from the higher floor, through old-fashioned stairs.
