There is great easy access to all forms of transit. The subway is a 3 minutes walk from front door of apartment to main subway as well as the main express bus line that will take you directly into lower Brooklyn and Manhattan. The train i am refering to is the N or the R train. Both of these are direct lines into Lower Manhattan financial district. TheFinancial district and the New Freedom Tower are 20-30 minutes on the N or R train. Midtown Manhattan or Times square is 35-40 min also on the N or the R train. Busy seasons may take longer as well as unexpected repairs.

Laundry Room is in basement of building and is coin operated I leave detergent in home for your convenience however you will need coins if you intend on doing laundry.

-Please leave all used towels in bathroom on floor so we know which are dirty
-Only regular trash and garbage can be thrown out down the garbage chute.
-All recyclables go in separate pail and must be taken to garbage area outside building
-Accommodates 4 sleeping Guests 20.00 per person per night additional guests.
-Kids are welcome however all doors and windows have child locks for your childs safety. Children must be supervised at all times when on patios this apartment is 14 stories high!
-All shoes must be removed before entering home PLEASE
1.CHECK-IN time is after 2 pm EST and CHECK-OUT time is 11 am EST
2.This is a NON SMOKING apartment.
3.Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
(URL HIDDEN) DEPOSIT- A damage deposit of $250 is required and will be refunded 48 hours after your stay. Deposits are returned in full if there is;
a.No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
c. All keys are left in apartment and unit is left locked.
d. If parking is used and is not paid upon arrival will be deducted at 15 per day from your security deposit.
e.No linens, pillows, blankets, Remote controls or any or other household items are lost broken or damaged. (a broken glass or dish is not what we are referring to) Torn couch fabrics, Couch pillows and or severe stains from wine, soda,vomit etc will be charged per professional cleaning estimate or replacement.
f.The guest is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law
g.The guest does not access roof or socialize in emergency stairwells during stay.
5.CANCELLATIONS: As per cancellation policy for listing.
6. OCCUPANCY - The number of overnight guests is four (4) persons more than 4 guests there is a charge of 20.00 per guest per night.
7.MAID SERVICE is available at an additional rate of 150.00 per full house cleaning.
8. RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice.
9. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to
forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
10. EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in advance.
11. HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given in the event of a hurricane or storm.
12. Access to the roof is prohibited.
These rules are in place for the few who do not follow rules they are not meant to be offensive in any way they serve as protection for my personal property that i willingly open to your stay.

All my properties are pristine, well appointed and very livable. I was Born in Brooklyn have had family here 3 generations in Bay Ridge. Family has been in the Auto Industry since 1930's. Bay Ridge has a very colorful landscape which was mostly populated by Italians Scandanavians and Irish when i was growing up. Today the Area has flourished and ranks as the # 4 top places to live in all the 5 Burroughs combined it out ranks Park slope and Brooklyn Heights by double digits ! We have many parks bike paths, great schools shopping and every ethnicity of food to eat you can imagine. I travel a lot i like to travel casual and hate disappointment when staying at new places. having to pay ridiculous amounts of money for nice digs to stay in is more stressful than the travel and takes some of the fun away.
