The spacious third floor condo features an open floor plan with the loft overlooking the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Hardwood floors, modern contemporary furnishings and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen make the condo an inviting place to stay for up to six guests. The bedrooms each have one queen-size bed and the loft features two full-size beds, all with comfortable memory foam mattresses. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cookware and utensils and features stunning granite countertops that provide ample space for preparing meals. There is a washer and dryer in the condo as well as dedicated high speed Wi-Fi (15Mbps down) and cable TV. The living room has a 50” plasma screen TV with (website hidden) Chromecast, and a Nest thermostat to keep you comfortable. Both bathrooms have granite countertops and are stocked with a supply of soaps and paper goods. The condo has an attached balcony that overlooks the downtown area -- perfect for experiencing the vibe of Austin or for relaxing after a night of visiting local hot spots.
The condo is within walking distance to Eddie V’s Prime Seafood and Fogo De Chao, both on the list of Austin’s premiere restaurants. The condo is located in the “Warehouse District” of downtown with several bars just one block away, including Speakeasy, a 3-level hot spot home to several bars in one -- each bar offering a different theme and atmosphere. Restaurants of the Warehouse District include Sullivan’s for phenomenal steaks and Imperia, voted to serve the best sushi in Austin. Lady Bird Lake is just three blocks south of the condo, where guests can enjoy the trails, rent a kayak, or take a spin at stand-up paddle boarding. Rainey Street is just blocks south of the property and the State Capitol is a few blocks to the north. The condo includes one covered parking space free of charge which is an added benefit since most this hip downtown area has paid-parking.

Then, you can drive right to the rental which features a digital door lock where you’ll use your unique code to enter (no need to meet for keys). Inside, you'll enjoy our premium amenities: shampoo, soaps, paper products and hotel-quality towels and linens. You can request an early check-in / late check-out and we will arrange it whenever possible.
*All TurnKey Vacation Rentals follow local and state tax rules. Each reservation also requires a cleaning fee, and the a standard $39.99+ Property Damage Protection policy.
*Guests must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.
*No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific properties.
* No smoking is allowed in or around any property.
Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the property manager to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the property manager receives information about excessive noise, TurnKey has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the property manager to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes TurnKey to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.

The facilities were spotless and the apartment was exactly as advertised. Loved every second of the apartment and Austin.
We had zero interaction with Erica so I cannot leave a review for her specifically. The large property management company that owns this property is very difficult to deal with. We had many issues that took a large portion of my vacation to deal with. I arrived and the cleaners were still in the room and finished about fifteen minutes late. There was supposed to be a gate clicker to access the parking lot and it was nowhere to be found. The clicker took 2 hours to get to us and we could not park and unload. Once we got the clicker we found that someone was parked in our spot. The management company could not help us at all and told me to call the tow truck and I would have had to wait around to let them in. I chose not to call the tow truck and give the owner of the car a chance to move. He was there for over 14 hours and the management company failed to deliver on their promise to take care of it. I spoke with one representative who was polite, however he refused to compensate me for the time wasted. I asked to speak to the manager who was understandably unavailable as it was rather late. Never heard from him until a few days after our stay. I received a voice mail from him saying he would send me contact info, but all I received was a generic email to review my stay. I gave up dealing with them however I feel deeply that I did not get full value from my stay. We couldn't even access the pool because it was part of the next complex that we had no access to. Overall, we spent a ton of money to deal with constant headaches. Spoke with a different representative each time I called, so it was no fault of any single person, only poor property management. I surely wish I could get some of the money back for wasting my time, but nobody cared enough to even offer.
This is an extremely nice apartment, very well situated in respect to 6th St. and the Convention Center. The furnishings are first class, everything was clean and the location is quiet. Little else needed for a pleasurable stay.

My family and I stood two nights at this apartment and we were really happy. The Apartment is close to Downtown, so you can walk everywhere. The Apartment was clean and it has four Queen size bed, which gives you lots of space. Furthermore you don't have to worry about keys because you have access with a code to the gate and the door and also a clicker, which allows you access to the parking spots. The balcony gives you a nice view of downtown austin. We would defiantly recommend that Apartment.
