The space
Light, space and comfort. This is how I would define this penthouse.

It has a large, fresh living/dining room with fireplace and balcony overlooking the golf course and the sea.

It has 3 spacious and bright bedrooms, especially the master bedroom, which is located on the second floor (independent from the rest of the apartment). This room has a double bathroom, large dressing room and terrace overlooking the golf course and the Mediterranean Sea.

The second bedroom has a bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as two closets and a large desk.

The third bedroom has a single bed, a good exercise machines closet and a library. The third bathroom is located next to this last room.

The mattresses deserve special mention, you will not want to get out of bed!

It should be said that the kitchen is cozy, while allowing great mobility due to its size, which gives the option of using it as an auxiliary dining room.

Finally, the apartment has a second small terrace located on the second floor, which has a flexible clothesline.
