Dive right in
This is one of the few places in the area with a pool.
Facing the garden and canal, our studio is on the first floor of the Mio Hôtel Residences in Nuevo Vallarta, boasting a big terrace, kitchenette, two queen size beds ( one of them is a convertible couch) ideal for couples or families with young kids.
You'll have access to the superb pool only available for guests in the residential section, a gym, and will be less than a ten minute walk to the beach entrance.
The rooftop restaurant and pool is adults only, but there are restaurants right by.
The space
The unit is on the first floor of Hotel Mío in Nuevo Vallarta, on the back side of the building.
This means you'll have a quiet room with great views of the canal, garden, and the iguanas that abound the area!
You'll be facing sunrise as well, but the blackout curtains will keep your room dark.
As guests of the unit, you will have access to the residents- only gym and pool. There's security staff at the door and cameras on the hallways, and the bellboy can help you with your luggage on arrival.
Just 30 seconds walking away you have two restaurants to choose from, and less than ten minutes walking you'll find the beach entrance as well as a hospital, several private doctors, and Paradise Village Mall a few minutes further away.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the full unit as well as the resident- only pool and gym. If you're staying without kids you can also eat at the rooftop restaurant.
At the same time you can buy a day pass from the hotel and have access to all the hotel facilities. Again, adults only.

Once the reservation has been made we'll share the door lock code with you. Everything will be smooth and easy!

We are a a family of three including Liza (from Mexico), Federico (Spain/ USA) and our newest member Teo ( just about to turn 5 years old!). We've traveled the world , love spending time outdoors and like to enjoy a pleasant and fun life.
Federico (I) will be your host most of the time. I'll be happy to make your stay as pleasant as possible and look forward to meeting you and giving you tips on what to see and do in the area.
A couple of extra things that could interest you. Liza is a certified dentist with a modern dental office just 5 minutes from the apartment and Federico runs several business online and offline, one of them being surf tours and lessons in Punta de Mita. Let us know if you need a dentist or want to have fun surfing while here!
