Bright and sunny open concept apartment. Newly remodeled with tons of windows, stylish furniture, local art, and easy access to everything Athens has to offer.

The downstairs of this house is also a rental. We hold very strict quiet hours from 11pm-8am. Sound travels downstairs from this unit so we ask that you are respectful of the others sharing the property. This is not a place for partying!

The backyard, patio, front yard, and locked bicycle storage are shared between the units.

The space
This is an auxiliary unit in the UPSTAIRS (not ADA accessible) of our home with a private entrance. Access is through the sunroom which is equipped with outside seating and dining area in a bright and peaceful space.

Fully equipped kitchen including serving dishes, cookware, and a coffee station.

Guest access
Keypad entry. Private studio apartment with shared sunroom and patio.

If you are bringing a pet you must agree to our pet rules, and your pet must be cat, dog, and human friendly!
