THE OUTDOORS:
Enjoy the night around the fire or relax on the back porch under the string lights, stars and scenic views. Two kayaks, two inflatable paddleboards, a canoe and a rowboat are provided to spend your days on the water. County line lake is an excellent lake for pan fish, spend time on the dock fishing or explore yard games provided for some family fun!
Cruise ATV trails or hiking trails, access to these trails is just down the gravel road from the driveway!
THE INDOOR SPACE:
Enjoy scenic views while staying warm by the fireplace on those cooler nights! Find kitchen essentials for your baking and cooking needs. Washer and dryer are available for your use. Bathroom essentials such as shampoo/conditioner, towels, washcloths, hairdryer and beach towels. TVs includes many streaming apps and we offer a DVD player with DVDs for all ages!
We have kids in mind… find a child's desk, books, puzzles and board games suitable for many ages. 4-in-1 High chair is great for the younger kids and a pack and play is also available.
For the adults, we didn't forget about you, we have two yoga mats, several books and games for your use.
PARKING:
Parking for 3 vehicles is available in the driveway. On street parking is not allowed.
PETS:
Bring your furry friends to relax with you! Many pet amenities available for you such as two XL kennels, dog bowls, treats, two tie outs and a sky run!

Guests have access to the entire property.
Other things to note
We have a few house rules we will ask you to follow.
1. This is a Smoke Free home
• Take it outside down a few stairs to the back patio and lounge on the couch to smoke. Ashtray provided.
*If smoking is found in the home you may incur a $200 fine.
2. Absolutely NO parties!
• Only 6 guests are allowed. Upon approval registered guests may be allowed on a case by case basis for daytime visits only.
**If more guests are on the property than registered a $50 fee per guest will be applied and/or you may be asked to leave without a refund.
3. Check in /out
• Check in time 3pm
• Check out time 11am
4. Quiet Hours
• Quiet hours are strictly 10pm to 8am.
• Please be respectful of the neighborhood, this is a very quiet lake so any noise does echo very easily to our neighbors across the lake
5. Cameras
• 2 cameras on the property. One is the doorbell at the front door and the other is a flood light on the garage facing the driveway. Please do not tamper with these cameras or you may incur a fine of $200 and/or be asked to leave the property without a refund.
6. Pets: No Extra Fees!
• We expect your pets to be crated in a kennel when left unattended or if they are not house trained. Two XL dog crates are provided.
• Pets must be leased when outside or clipped to the sky run or tie outs that are available for your use.
• Clean up after your pets waste (outdoor garbage bin provided for pet waste)
• Be responsible for your pets!
7. Please respect our lake! This is a private lake (no public access). Our wonderful neighbors on the lake live here and honor this lake greatly. Please follow DNR regulations for fishing bags limits. We ask that you please just be responsible and catch and release as you can to respect the integrity and preservation of the lake.
**Dock is now pulled in for the winter. Three season porch is not heated during the winter.
