•DuPont Circle is one of the city's most vibrant, eclectic neighborhoods and is a great location from which to experience Washington, DC. In DuPont Circle (Park) itself you can play a game of afternoon chess, participate in group yoga or listen to the strum and hum of the various local musicians who make "the Circle" a meeting point. The neighborhood is filled with wonderful restaurants, shops, cafe's and grassy parks; plus the DuPont Circle Farmers Market is one of the largest in the city. You are just 2 blocks from the Redline Metro stop, and can walk to historic Georgetown, George Washington University, The World Bank, and IMF, Embassy Row, think tanks and museums among others points of interest.
•You won't need a car with the great access to public transit from this location, but if you do have one it is fairly easy to street park within a block or use (website hidden) for a list of area garages. The Metro Red Line stop is on DuPont Circle at Connecticut, just 2 blocks away. GO to the WMTA website to plan your use of the metro system.

DuPont Circle - one of the most interesting and eclectic neighborhoods on the Eastern-seaboard!
From Washingtonian Magazine:
"DuPont Circle sits in the heart of DC, where Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Connecticut avenues come together in Northwest DC. The neighborhood surrounding the circle has many charms—the beautiful rowhouses on P and Q streets to the east, the lively bars on Connecticut Avenue to the south, and the impressive embassies to the north along Massachusetts Avenue. Inside the famed circle itself, old men who have occupied the same chess tables for decades join musicians, tourists, and neighborhood residents walking their dogs, eating picnic lunches, or relaxing under the leafy trees."

I loved this place. I was in town for 10 days on business and I needed a place that was convenient to public transit, was a quiet space where I could work, and had a little bit of charm. DuPont Dream was all of those things. It was incredibly easy to get to different parts of the city as it's two blocks off of the red line at DuPont Circle. The area is loaded with great restaurants, too. For their part, Charlotte and her team were very responsive. When there was an issue with the front door lock, it was handled quickly and new keys were made available without disrupting my schedule. It was a comfortable, enjoyable place that I would recommend to anyone.
The apartment was exactly how it was described. There were a few small problems when we initially arrived, but everything was taken care of quickly by a very responsive host. The location was excellent.
The Dream apartment near DuPont Circle was cozy and well situated. The description fit the space perfectly, no surprises. Had a little glitch with the entry lock but Charlotte and her team were very responsive in helping me through the problem. I would definitely visit this property again.
Nice place! Great communication and easily set up by Charlotte!! Good location, would definitely stay there again!
This apartment was great for my 10 day business trip to DC. It had everything I needed and Charlotte was very responsive to ensure all the little details were sent to me in a timely manner. Although the weather wasn't conducive to walking around the neighborhood, the location is central to pretty much anything you need. Restaurants, groceries, coffee shops, shopping and sightseeing. The apartment was clean and as a single female, I felt safe staying here. I had a small issue with parking, but other than that, everything was good.
The apartment is nice enough, close to shops and bars, public transportation. Neighborhood is cute and lively. With the exception of access to the apartment (they have coded locks, and provided poor instructions), this was a pleasant stay.
Charlotte and Kevin were great hosts; wonderful with communication and available for any questions. The DuPont Dream is a snug little apartment with all the necessities. So much more than a hotel room, and just a short walk to most everything! Loved our stay and hope to return!
THat you for letting us know about the supplies. You should not have to buy your own TP on day 2 of your stay, there should have been a 2nd roll and a box of tissues and ample dish soap. I have shared your feedback with our cleaning service.
Again, thank you for taking the time to share this and we hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again on a future stay in Washington.

Our latest addition are vacation properties for Washingtonians. See the Washington Vacations section on our website for homes in the nearby mountains. Take a few days away from the bustle of the city to explore our bucolic countryside little changed over the past 2 to 3 centuries. Visit wineries and orchards, significant Civil War battlefields and historic towns, hike the Apalachian Trail or follow in the footsteps of our founding fathers by visiting their homes. There is plenty to do that beckons you to leave the city for a weekend or a week.
A bit about me...I am a former Californian who, after 12 years in DC, is now an honorary Washington native. Being well traveled both domestically and internationally has given me a great appreciation for the enrichment contact with others brings to our experience. I am well-versed on the "must-see" sights, monuments and museums of our culturally rich city, along with the unique experiences your find only in Washington. We share that insight with our guests in our property Welcome Guides which we send upon confirmation.
We very much enjoy hosting visitors to our Nation's Capital and ensuring that they are able to make the most of their visit.
