The space
Brand new, beautiful studio apartment with full kitchen and bathroom with shower. You'll sleep like a dream on our super comfy, brand new, king size top quality mattress with super soft, comfy sheets. Granite counter tops, ceramic tile floor, flat screen TV, air conditioner/heater, ceiling fan, closet. Private entrance. We have a beautiful pool area with outdoor TV and BBQ you are welcome to use (extra fee to use spa to cover heating costs (15.00 to heat plus 10.00 per hour). You will love our location in wine country - you can walk to 7 wineries on the Calle Contento Wine Trail. There are balloons overhead on most mornings. It's truly breathtaking!

IMPORTANT NOTE: The pool is shared. We live in the main house and we have another studio apartment on site and an Airstream. The pool area is quite large so there is plenty of room for social distancing. Also we take great care in cleaning and disinfecting the rooms. Your health and safety is very important to us. Lastly we don't allow children under 12 because the studio has direct access to the pool. Infants are ok.
