This listing is a two story townhouse, as well as our rooftop patio, overlooking Lake Union and views of downtown Seattle. The townhouse has two bedrooms and one full bath, living area and kitchen. This area will sleep 4 comfortably.

The primary bedroom is beautifully decorated. We have included a yoga mat and weights for guest use if you would like to work out at home- or on our rooftop.

The second bedroom can be a kids room, but it also intentionally designed and well suited for adults. There are kids toys, books and a ball pit in the closet of this room, which kids are welcome to play with.

Linens are Frette and Restoration Hardware.

Toiletries can be provided and are Le Labo- or an equivalent quality.

We love design, art, entertaining and collecting beautiful books, which are thought the unit.

The kitchen is fully stocked with beautiful serving ware for dinner in or al fresco dining on the rooftop patio. We have a Nespresso coffee maker.

We purchased this townhouse in November- it is new and in beautiful condition.

We have a second listing for our entry level suite, which has a queen size bed, seating area with a day bed and second washroom. This area will sleep 2-3. It has a separate Nespresso coffee maker and sink. If you would like to rent the additional space, please let us know. The photos of the additional space are under “additional photos”.

There is ample free street parking, as well as paid parking near the unit.

Walk out the front door to our neighbour’s wine bar and coffee shop, Fram. Walk across the street for lake access, and access to Wild Haus, floating saunas. Lakefront parks and access points are abundant. Paddle board and kayak rentals nearby.

If you plan to bring a pet, please let us know in advance and provide particulars for our approval.
