The Rooftop – Suspended Terrace with Lake View and Sunsets - Waterfront
Take to the heights with The Rooftop, a warm and unique apartment located on the top floor of the Villa du Lac. A light-filled attic space with exposed beams, designed for a unique experience on the shores of Lake Geneva. Located in Maxilly-sur-Léman, a stone's throw from Évian-les-Bains and the Swiss border.
The bright living room opens onto a large private rooftop terrace, ideal for admiring the sunsets in both summer and winter. The outdoor area is furnished with garden furniture and a dining area to fully enjoy the lake view in complete privacy.
Inside, the fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.) blends seamlessly into a modern and welcoming living space.
The apartment can accommodate 6 guests: One bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom. A bright and cozy double bedroom in the attic. A bedroom with two single trundle beds. This bedroom opens onto the living room, but sliding doors allow for quick and easy privacy.
A second bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
In the basement, a large shared games room with table football, electronic darts, an arcade machine, and a home theater area awaits you. This area provides access to a covered outdoor lounge and the garden leading to the beach.
The private beach, shared with guests of the other apartments, is equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs, lounge chairs, and paddleboards.
The garden and outdoor dining area provide an ideal setting for gathering around a meal or simply enjoying the tranquility of the lake.
Four parking spaces are available. The complex can be rented with the other two apartments to accommodate up to 18 people.
Beds are made upon arrival. Bath and hand towels are provided.
