The Floor – Balconies overlooking Lake Geneva and private beach - Waterfront
A bright cocoon on the second floor of the Villa du Lac, with two balconies offering direct views of Lake Geneva and the private beach. Located in Maxilly-sur-Léman, close to Évian-les-Bains and Switzerland, this apartment is ideal for enjoying an exceptional natural setting in a modern and welcoming atmosphere.
The light-filled living space opens onto a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, coffee maker, etc.) and a large dining table. The living room provides access to two balconies where you can enjoy the sunrise or sunset over the water or an aperitif at the end of the day.
The apartment includes: One bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom. One comfortable and bright double bedroom. Finally, one bedroom with two single pull-out beds, with an en-suite bathroom. All of which can accommodate 6 travelers.
In the basement, a large shared games room with foosball, electronic darts, an arcade machine, and a home theater area awaits you. This area provides access to a covered outdoor lounge and the garden leading to the beach.
The private beach, shared with guests of the other apartments, is equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, loungers, and paddleboards.
The garden and outdoor dining area provide an ideal setting for gathering around a meal or simply enjoying the tranquility of the lake.
Four parking spaces are available. The entire property can be rented with the other two apartments to accommodate up to 18 people.
Beds are made upon arrival. Bath and hand towels are provided.
