Located in Maxilly-sur-Léman, close to Évian-les-Bains and Switzerland, this apartment is ideal for enjoying an exceptional natural setting in a modern and welcoming atmosphere.

The light-filled living space opens onto a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, coffee maker, etc.) and a large dining table. The living room provides access to two balconies where you can enjoy the sunrise or sunset over the water or an aperitif at the end of the day.
