This 37m2 apartment is a modern one-bedroom apartment very bright and with garden view verandas.
There is one comfortable sofa that can accomodte one more person and the kitchen is fully equipped.
White towels and linen are freshly washed for you're arrival.
We provide bath robes slippers and amenities upon request and we welcome you with a special gift.
The apartment is located in the the heart of Chania town and is within walking distance of most of Chania's sights such as the old Venetian Harbour, the Market Hall and the old town which is considered to be one of the nicest parts of Crete.
There is always Parking place outside the complex and every Saturday the local Street- Market is taking place on Minoos str. for a few hours in the morning.
The Central Bus stop for all the destinations is at a very close distance and a Mini market is just across the street..
Awesome location, great room! The space was very clean, and it was located right in the old city of Chania. There is (email hidden)ly saturday market where you can buy fresh food and bring it back to the kitchen to cook! Spyros was very responsive and made sure that we were having a pleasant experience. I very much recommend this place!

The best parts of the old town are just a few minutes walk! A store with everything you need is right on the corner and a big BONUS is the street market that takes place every Saturday.

The location of the apartment is perfect!It is next to the center and to the old town of Chania!There is a small store that you can find every product you want 10 meters from the apartment.Spyros suggest to us a lot of places and restaurants that you must visit in Chania. The road in front of the apart is very quiet and you can park very easy your car. Thanks Spyros for everything and for the presents that you offer to us( traditional Greek products).
The studio is positioned very close to the center of the old town (within walking distance) where there are bars, restaurants, shops attractions of the city, and not too far from the bus station too (about ten minutes walk). It's just sufficiently equipped for two people, and the bed, two beds pushed together, are very comfortable. The area is a little secluded so as not to be affected by the possible noise and confusion (excluding Saturday morning for the weekly market, very characteristic!)
We have never seen Spyros, in fact, a friend of him brought us at home, but by the messages exchanged it seemed pretty helpful, and welcoming making us find a very cute present as we arrive! Thank you!
Our stay at Spyros' place was great. It's really ideally located to explore Hania and the west part of Crete. Proximity to a small supermarket was a big plus for us.
Spyros was a great host, giving us great tip about what to do/see, where to eat.
I spent three nights in Spyros's apartment. It was exactly as presented on the listing and ideal for my short stay. The building is conveniently adjacent to the old center, which is the place to be in Chania. Nevertheless, the apartment is shielded from noise and one can relax or work there without disturbance. The internet connection was working fine. Spyros was very helpful when asked about where to find things and places in town. I enjoyed the short stay and would definitely recommend this apartment.
Really enjoyed our stay in Chania, the apartment is in a great location, close to the harbour, old market, bus station etc. Spyros was a great host, with quick response and very helpful about all of our questions!
The location of the flat is very good, ten minutes walk from the main bus station and five minutes to the harbour. It is clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Spyros is very friendly and helpful and always answers quickly if you contact him. I can very much recommend this place.
