One Bedroom: King bed in master, queen sleeper sofa in living area. Units have a microwave convection oven (can use like an oven) instead of a full oven, otherwise a full kitchen. Kitchen has all glassware, utensils, etc. There is one bathroom separate from the master for privacy for larger groups. Maximum occupancy 4. About 590 square feet.

The availability dates for the units are constantly changing. People are always cancelling so there may be openings on a moment’s notice. The calendar may not reflect all dates accurately. Please contact me first to confirm accommodations. If I do not already have the condo booked I have to call and make reservations for the unit before I can rent it. So it has to be available. Also, please let me know if you are interested in a different size condo or are willing to take a choice between different size condos that might be available for your reservation time. For example, you are willing to take a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom condo for your desired dates.

This resort consists of 108 studio, one- and two-bedroom units, all with a compact kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, but no oven. Washers and dryers are not in each unit, but complimentary laundry facilities are available on site. ResortNet, WorldMark’s Internet service, is available in all units for a small fee.
WorldMark Canmore-Banff is happy to provide an outdoor pool, two hot tubs, fitness center, recreation center, and barbecue area.
There is limited availability of underground parking for vehicles under 6’6", however there are surface parking spaces available with plug-ins for block heaters, if needed.

There are no washers and dryers in the units, laundry facilities are available on site, free. No ovens are available (the microwave is convection so can be used like an oven). All units have stove tops. Wheelchair accessible units are available upon request. Select units have fireplaces and decks. Underground and surface parking is available. The resort has English, Spanish, and French speaking employees. There is no smoking in units or on balconies. Designated smoking areas outside are available.
To Get You Started
For your convenience, you will find a starter supply of spices, tea, coffee, creamer, sugar, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper and laundry soap.
Some photos may be general stock photos of the resort and of various size units. But all units are decorated in the same style so you have an idea of the look. All information is deemed to be reliable but not guaranteed.
You have access to the entire resort. All amenities at the resort are usually complimentary. Please call the resort if you have specific questions.
Interaction with Guests
You will check into a front desk and the resort has 24 hour staff. I am offsite but available for contact 24/7.
If staying only one night the price may be slightly higher because of higher costs for me.
Please Note: All guests of the resort are being assessed a refundable credit/debit card security deposit upon check-in. The security deposit is refundable as long as there is no damage to the resort or occupied unit.
You will check in to the resort at a front desk.
Check in: after 4:00 PM PST
Check out: before 12:00 PM PST
Units are assigned the morning of check in.
You may be able to check in early if you call the morning of the reservation and find out if early check in will be allowed. Late check outs are usually not permitted but you could still call the front desk and ask.
I will need the full name of the person checking in to add to the reservation. A government ID is required for check in and must match the name of the person checking in.

It was a great place! The room was perfect for four of us, very clean, bed is comfortable, the front desk was very helpful and the pool is a good additional to the place. Perfect. John sent all info regarding the place and the location was beautiful. Highly recommended.

The photos of this property dont do justice to what it really is. John's apartment is really much better. I was impressed since I first drove in, checked in at the counter and walked into the apartment. The property is on top of a mountain in Canmore so gives an expansive amazing view. Its away from town so makes it peaceful but close enough to drive your car to town and amenities. The reception was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious. There were ready toileteries and kitchenware. Television and audioset in both bedroom and living room. I felt it was a home away from home. John himself was very helpful. He got in touch in advance and provided very useful tips and orientation about the accommodation. Thank you John. I would be happy if i could stay here again and I would highly recommend it. I wish i had more nights and used it as a base to explore Banff and Lake Louise.
We stayed for one night and had a great time! The resort is beautiful and the rooms were very clean and spacious. John was quick to reply when I had questions for him. I would definitely stay here again!
John was very accommodating for our request to have side by side rooms. The condo was beautiful and had everything that we needed including amenities like a pool and hot tub to use. We were only there for one night but would stay here again.
Awesome condo loved spending time in the hot tub and pool, great location! John was excellent to deal with, very prompt on replying to emails. He was very patient working with a newbie to this process :) Very satisfied customer!!

We use our various timeshares a lot and would love to share them with you. We will be adding more properties for you to visit.
