The space
Our cottages rooms are all updated and stylish. You have roman shades to black out the sun in each and room when you desire.

We have one A/C in the kitchen window, a second air conditioning unit in the upstairs hallway, and a third A/C in the master bedroom downstairs.

Our electric fireplace in the living area is excellent to cozy up to on colder nights and watch a movie while eating popcorn.

Guests have access to two sun loungers on our patio.

We have a gas fire pit on the patio in the summertime.

The beach and dock is shared with our neighbors.

Guest access
Guest has access to the entire cottage except a locked living room closet and a closet upstairs in the hallway.

The garage will remain locked with no guest's access.

The 47 ft of beach frontage is shared as is the dock.

Parkng allows for no more than 3 vehicles.
