With 60 acres of family property, mowed field and lake access. Come enjoy the serenity of nature. The estate manager lives 200 yards away in a separate house.

This is our little slice of paradise in Southern Indiana. Located on Lake Monroe we have everything you need to enjoy lake life.

You'll have access to the entire house, property, and Lake Monroe! We have yard games, 2 fire pits, a 200 foot walking path down to the lake, and a piece of shore that is ideal for loading and unloading boats.

Neighborhood highlights

The house is located on a 3 acre lot that is half field and half woods going down to the lake. On one side there is a long white fence with a big open field and horses, on the other side is our neighbor who rarely visits except in the summer.
