This charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath cabin (approx. 400 sq. ft.) is perfect for a cozy getaway. While the space is compact, it is thoughtfully designed for comfort and ease. The open-plan living room/kitchenette features:
• A kitchenette with essential appliances: refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, countertop air fryer, electric skillet, electric griddle, and crock pot. Please note: there is no oven or traditional dining table.
• A coffee table in the living room that doubles as a casual dining spot.
• Outdoor dining: Enjoy your meals on the shared deck, where a table and chairs provide the perfect setting for al fresco dining.
For your entertainment, the cabin is equipped with Spectrum Wi-Fi and Roku streaming TV in both the living room and bedroom, ensuring that you can unwind with your favorite shows or movies after a day of exploration.

• The cabin does not have a standard oven or a dining table.
• The pool is not fenced, so please supervise children and pets.
• There is a fenced waste lagoon located in front of the cabin. For safety reasons, do not enter this area.
• There are two deer stands on the property. For safety, they are strictly off-limits for climbing.
• This is rural land, so wildlife such as snakes, coyotes, raccoons, skunks, armadillos, and other animals may be present.
• Accessibility note: There are 3 steps and a ramp leading to the cabin. The doorways are too narrow for wheelchair access.
Please respect our no party, no drugs, and no illegal substances policy.
