Welcome to our charming 1978 A-frame on a private 3-acre wooded lot in the heart of the White Mountains. Enjoy peaceful seclusion with views of Vermont’s hills, minutes from downtown Littleton, 20 minutes to Franconia Notch, 30 minutes to Bretton Woods, and 35 minutes to Loon. Perfect for hikers, skiers, and nature lovers. Explore all the outdoor adventures the White Mountains offer, or stay in and cozy up by the fire, sip coffee on the deck, or stargaze under the night sky.

The space
Step inside this fully renovated A-frame and experience the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The home has been thoughtfully updated throughout from brand-new bathrooms and kitchen to updated flooring, heating, and cooling systems ensuring a fresh, cozy, and functional space for your stay. The first floor features a welcoming open layout with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for gathering, and a cozy family room complete with a wood-burning stove perfect for warming up after a day of exploring. This level also features a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom, providing convenient main-floor living. Up the spiral staircase, the second floor features two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and a smaller room with a twin bed and trundle, ideal for additional guests. A full bathroom on this level provides added convenience for everyone.
Step outside and enjoy the peaceful mountain setting from the spacious deck perfect for morning coffee, outdoor dining, or simply taking in the scenic views. The side yard features a fire pit area where you can gather in the evenings to roast marshmallows, share stories, and enjoy the crisp mountain air. Whether you're soaking up the sun during the day or stargazing at night, the outdoor space offers a true North Country experience.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire property, including all three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living spaces, and the outdoor deck and firepit area.

The home is located in a remote setting on a hill, with a gravel/dirt driveway. AWD/4WD vehicles are required November–March. We have a plow service that plows our driveway when snowfall is greater than 3-4 inches and the town plows the main road to the house but it may not always be plowed immediately, and some snow will always remain on the gravel. Please plan accordingly. No refunds or cancellations will be allowed due to weather related events.

Other things to note
Our home strictly accommodates 6 guests maximum. Please do not bring extra or unregistered guests.

Outdoor camping (including tents, yurts, RVs, or similar setups) is not permitted.
Please remain within the property boundaries and avoid entering neighboring land, as this may be considered trespassing.

The spiral staircase is slightly steeper and narrower than standard stairs, so we recommend supervising young children and taking extra care with elderly guests when using it.

There is a shooting range located a few miles away, and on occasion, distant sound may be heard from the property.

The primary upstairs bedroom includes access to a small balcony. While it offers a nice view, we kindly ask that guests refrain from using the balcony during their stay. It’s not set up as a hangout space, and we ask that children are not allowed out on the balcony.
