Built in 1890 and lovingly restored, this trailside farmhouse sits minutes from downtown Suring, right on the ATV Trail. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, full bath, rainfall shower. Downstairs: full kitchen, living room with pellet fireplace and pull-out bed, dining for 4, half bath, laundry. Outside: grill station, patio, firepit, and a wraparound porch with rocking chairs. Perfect for ATV and UTV riders, history lovers, groups wanting space, and anyone craving quiet, peaceful space surrounded by nature.

The space
1890 features 3 bedrooms upstairs, accompanied by a full bathroom with a rainfall shower. Downstairs, you'll find a full kitchen, living room with a pellet fireplace for cozy nights and a pull-out full sized bed inside the couch, and a 4-person dinning room. There is also a half bath and laundry area on the main level. Outside, we have a newly built grill station, patio, and firepit for guest use. The wrap around porch is the perfect space to grab a cup of coffee and sit in the rocking chairs outside.
