This was agreat place to stay! We stayed here for a wedding in a nearby village and we could have had a better experience. The host was very good at communicating with us before and during the stay. The house was very clean and in a quiet and pretty location. The village has a lovely bakery where you can have lunch in the square. It is close enough to Uzes for the Saturday market and Collias for canoeing trips. The host has many friends and family in the village, so we always felt there was someone to help us if we needed anything. For example, the neighbour leant us a high-chair for the baby and some candles when there was a thunder storm. Thanks for having us and we would recommend this as a great holiday location and home.
Wish we had stayed here longer. Beautiful house with everything you need and lovely little village close to Uzes. Tine, the lady who lives across the road greeted us and made us feel very welcome. She also invited us into her lovely home for an afternoon drink on our last night which we all enjoyed very much. The house is even better than the photos, with beautiful crockery, bed linen and courtyard. Contact with Constance prior to arrival was easy and smooth. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others. Perfect for families or couples.
We are a German family with three daughters (12, 14, 16 years old) and spent ten days in this charming little house in August. We appreciated the village very much, since it is calm, not crowded with tourists and ideally located to explore the countryside (Pont du Gard, the Garrigue, Uzès) as well as bigger cities (Avignon, Nimes, Montpellier) even for a half-day trip.
The house was even better equipped than described and we appreciated the tastefully decorated rooms. It was great that we could park the car directly in front of the house.
The neighbour Martine and later also Constance's sister Isabelle took very well care of us and made us easily feel at home. We enjoyed swimming in the river Gardon but are curious to come back another time in spring when the temperatures are more favorable for going hiking in this beautiful landscape. We can only recommend this place!
Wonderful, charming cottage in the Provence area. Very comfortable, clean with a beautiful courtyard and garden. It was hard to go sightseeing knowing we would not be spending more time in the home. Check in was easy, the village is picturesque with a fantastic boulangerie, and our host was very accommodating.
