*Welcome to my place!*
Lovely, spacious loft apartment with double bed in recently renovated house.
Located in Rathgar bordering the Ratmines neighborhood. Walking distance to Ranalagh and convenient location with regard to the city center.
Apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, oven, gas & good vibes :)
Dinner table that seats 4 and relaxing couch are there for you too! On top, Free wireless-internet acces is available.
I love color, light and air. As I am from the Netherlands I made the loft a place where I would feel at home. There is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Clean bed linen and towels are provided.
The Frankfort avenue is an upscale quiet road located.
Coffee shops, restaurants and boutique bistros, there's a culinary variety around the corner. As well as Irish bars that will introduce you to traditional Irish music.
If you just want to stay home and cook, a large Tesco is closeby and at the end of the street there is a butcher, a fresh fish store and other small stores that sell local delicacies (3 min walk).
The overall atmosphere of the area could be described as mix of authenticity, history and unique charm.
Parking a car is easy in front of the house.
From the airport it will take about 25 min to reach the front door. However airport busses come close too (Trinity College) and the last part is easily done by bus or taxi.
Many buses go through the Rathgar road and Ratmines road nearby directly to the center (10min)- the loft Is located conveniently. As the distances are small and the city quite flat it is due to many bike Lanes also interesting to explore Dublin by bike. There is always a rental station nearby.
If you have any questions, before or during your stay, don't hesitate to ask me!
Hope to see you soon..
Wonderful stay at the Light Loft. Nathalie was very helpful with info and any questions we had. It was nice staying outside of the Dublin City centre. The walk into the centre wasn't too far to walk which was nice otherwise there is a bus very close that takes you in. Small but cozy flat, very nice!
The reservation was canceled 26 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Nathalie's loft apartment was lovely, very airy and light and a perfect space for 2 people looking for a weekend away.
The apartment had everything we needed; lovely comfy bed, towels, toiletries, hairdryer and a well equipped kitchen.
The apartment is about 20 bus journey to the centre or we got taxis back in the evening for around 10euro.
We had to collect the key when we arrived from an office in a different location which we found to be slightly inconvinient as we have to get a couple of different buses that weren't very direct. We were advised to get a taxi but didn't really want to cover a taxi cost between just the 2 of us.
All in all the apartment is a lovely place to stay, thank you for hosting us Nathalie. X
The apartment is very cozy, quiet and clean! It's set in an old, beautiful Georgian house in the very nice area of Dublin, Ranelagh. It has this lovely mezzanine level where you sleep.
The place is small but has everything you need. Shops are close by, bus stop to town right around the corner.
Even though we have not met Nathalie in person all was well organised an communicated.
I would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend it!
Nathalie's apartment was a beautiful place to spend our holidays! The apartment is only a short bus ride into town and was absolutely spotless. Unfortunately, I didn't get to meet Nathalie in person but she communicated well and made the key pick up really easy. I would definitely stay at Nathalie's again!
Lovely clean well-designed and comfortable apartment within 40 mins easy walk of the city centre. Great communication, and an easy stay.
The flaut was really nice and cosy. Just big enough for 2 and really comfortable.
It is easy to get into the Centre by bus.
Nathalie is really great in communication by email.
Even we couldn't meet here personally she prepared us a warm welcome.
We definitely can recommend her place.
Nathalie's apartment is on a lovely block in Rathgar, right next to Rathmines- one of my favorite areas in Dublin. Was great to be able to walk to my school and the city center in the mornings. The loft is very cute, good size for one to two people. The walls are thin, as noted, but we got to sleep without a problem. Couldn't find a coffee maker for us caffeine addicts, but we got creative with filters!
Very light and airy though with a nice view out the big window. Nathalie was very helpful in figuring out how to get us the keys. Overall, had a nice stay in a convenient location.
We had a nice stay in Nathalie's apartment. I wouldn't describe it as "spacious", as it is really quite small, but it was still fine for two people. Nathalie was very helpful when organising the collection of the keys, and she very kindly left some things for us in the fridge for when we arrived. The location was great, about 15 minutes from the centre by bus.
Great, clean and modern space in a nice part of town. Nathalie was very helpful and we took all her advice about 'off the beaten track' places for a beer and food. THanks
