The space
This an an accessory dwelling unit, directly behind the main house. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with queen beds. It has a washer and dryer, full kitchen, living area and outdoor area as well. There is no dining table, but there is counter space for four people for eating. Outside on the deck is a sitting area with a hot tub comfortable for four people.

You will have access to the entire unit except for a few locked owners closets.
