Description

This comfortable, super-quiet and ideally located flat in the center of Paris is the best possible spot for a holiday in the city. You'll have easy access to all the interesting places while enjoying a clean, comfortable and true Parisian apartment.

In the heart of the 7th district, right next to the Seine and to the Musée d'Orsay, this flat sits at the best possible location if you want to visit Paris. Located on the ground floor and yet totally calm since in an elegant courtyard, it is the perfect fit for a couple or a family of up to four.

The flat is made of one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom with a shower and toilets, one entrance, and one main room with a kitchen side and a living-room side, both being separated by a bar.

The location is ideal if you want to visit the city : you can go to most interesting spots on foot or with a direct ride through the metro.
Musée d'Orsay is one minute away from the house. The Louvre and the Tuileries garden are just across the river, 5 minutes away walking. Saint-Germain is a 10 minutes walk. The Eiffel tower is a 20-minute walk, or you could prefer a 10 minutes bike ride thanks to Vélib, the rental system of the Paris area. Saint-Michel, Montmartre, the Eiffel Tower again and even the Versailles castle are all direct rides with either the line 12 of the Metro (stop is Solférino, one minute away) of RER C, which is the suburban train (and that you catch under the Musée d'Orsay).
You'll find everything you need within just a few minutes-walk. There is a great bakery just at the angle with boulevard Saint-Germain ; you'll find multiple places selling groceries as close as just around the corner. And there are plenty of restaurants and cafés everywhere !

The whole building is a 19th century construction that has entirely been renovated to meet modern standards. The flat itself has been redone completely a few years ago and the kitchen is brand new and you'll find all the ustensils you need to cook absolutely anything. I can lend you a baby bed would you need one. You'll enjoy high-speed internet (wifi) as well as cable TV in the house.

This place is the perfect deal for a couple visiting Paris with up to two kids -or alone.

You'll have access to the whole place !

Myself or my business partner Patrick will be available over the phone during all of your stay, and we can come in if there is a problem of any kind.

Great cosy neighborhood, one of the safest in Paris and the most expensive. Everything is super-close yet it isn't crammed like the other arrondissements across the Seine river which is 200 meters away : you'll find everything you need to enjoy your stay and yet the place is very calm.

The best thing about this place is the location which makes it super easy to go anywhere around Paris thanks to the metro (Solferino) and RER (Musée d'Orsay) stops which are literally two minutes away. There are also four bus stops as well as the Batobus (boat-bus on the Seine).

Below is how the waste-sorting works in Paris.
Glass goes into the container with the white lid. Cardboard, paper, plastic bottles and tin cans are the only things that go in the container with the yellow lid. Please do not close the bag in which they are when you dump them. Everything else goes into the container with the green lid with red writing on it. Thank you for only using the three bins closer to the gate (the other two belong to the restaurant). In case there is a doubt, please use the container with the green lid and the red markings.
Do not worry, this information on the waste-sorting is hanged in the flat !
