Hi Lj, I'm so sorry to hear about your bad experience during your stay. After checking with my hotel staff, we did not get any word or complains from you on the day of check in. So this is quite a surprise. Before your confirmation, I have sent and gave you a special discount for the room, despite market rates being higher for the period you booked.
I have informed my staff on the cleanliness and alleged cockcroach issue, as we take these very seriously. Although we try our best to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness, we take our guests feedback into consideration and strive to improve always.
As you are the first and only person to ever complain of the soundproofing, we will also double check with our engineers and technicians to see if there is indeed an issue, and rectify if possible.
Ultimately, we take great pride in our small and humble hotel.. as it is a family run business.
