a) the Wi-Fi is 30Mbps download and 10Mbps upload, not enough? Asaf never ask me about Wi-Fi and the use he will want from it, I tested the internet and it was perfect.
b) 3G not working? You thinks is our fault? Really? We are not your phone operator... I´m not responsible with your roaming phone operator have low rate roaming services...
c) No air? Really? You have 1 big window on the bedroom, and a big door with a Window and the leaving room, it is on the apartment listing how to use it and also explained photos. You fail to use it, its not our fault...
d) No circulation at bathroom? From the pictures you can see the bathroom don´t have a window, besides, 99% of the apartments on the historic center the bathrooms don´t have windows... Next time look at the photos before booking.
e) Noise from the street? Not truth, besides the Festival of the popular saints.
f) Full of spiders and bugs? Big Lie! Show the prof to Airbnb then!

I was really impressed to know that after more then 2 years and more them 120 people hosted on the apartment no one complain about anything you mention, it was a truly excuse not to stay on our apartment and try to stay on it for free.
Btw, you had 2 fans to use if needed more air, one in the leaving room, and other on the bedroom, you also can open the window on the leaving room and leave the window open. 99% of the toilets on the historic houses don´t have a window. Also you should have watch the picture of the bathroom on the Airbnb listing before booking.
After all this, for revenge you close the door and leave the key inside so we can´t open from outside... We have to call the services to unlock the door. We spend 100€ on it... When we enter the apartment it was a MESS. Broken glasses, stove broken and not working, dirty all over the place, everything all over the place.
We have open a case against you on Airbnb, its was a shame to have you on our apartment.
