Newly remodeled 3bd 2ba Beach House WITH AC- STEPS FROM THE SAND in South Mission Beach! Located at the end of the peninsula with the bay on one side and the beach on the other both less than a minute walk! Top floor unit, walking distance to Belmont Park, restaurants/bars/cafes/markets/rental shops, the famous boardwalk and so much more! Relaxing, safe and quiet neighborhood. Bike riding distance to Pacific Beach, La Jolla, & Sea World! Less than 15 minutes from the Airport & Convention Center.

The space
3 Spacious rooms with a TV in every room. En suite bathroom for the primary suite shared bathroom for the two guest rooms with twin beds for kids and double beds for 2-4 adults in one guest room. All the amenities with a super large dining room table overlooking the patio. Very chill environment, steps from the sand and ocean! So many beautiful parks, nearby, great restaurants, market and bars! A perfect getaway and a beautiful place to live!

You can use all the amenities, including water toys, sports toys, barbecue grill, and a huge front patio for both upstairs and downstairs! Also an amazing patio table for all of your guests!

Other things to note
Strict Quiet Hours from 10PM - 8AM. Absolutely no parties, underage drinking, drugs or booking for someone else.
Failure to cooperate will result in immediate eviction with no refund.

Mi Casa es su Casa! Please treat this retreat as if it were your own home. This home/duplex was built by my Mom and Dad in 1967 and completely remodeled in 2016 by my Dad who recently passed away. I want to continue his legacy and dream for me to manage this property that is lovingly cherished.
