On the banks of the River Dane in the tiny hamlet of Gradbach, this superb farmhouse complete with a private hot tub can be found in an un-spoilt corner of the Peak District National Park. It is within the secluded grounds of an 18th century stone built silk mill, which is currently being run as a small function & conference venue.

The space
Sleeping 16 guests in 7 bedrooms all complete with en-suites, spanning over 3 floors. A large kitchen perfect for entertaining, next to a spacious lounge and dinning room, with plenty of space to seat everyone round the table. Whilst looking out to your private secluded garden, with hot tub, games room and drying room perfect after a walk in the Peak District to dry your muddy boots. Along with BBQ and 2 large outside tables for taking the celebrations outside.

Gradbach is situated right on the footpath to popular walking spots Luds Church, The Roaches and Three Shires Head. And just a stroll along the river to Wincle Brewery and a local pub.
