Great check-in experience90% of recent guests gave this home’s check-in process a 5-star rating.
Indoor fireplaceThis is one of few homes in this area that has this feature.

Cosy up in the hut with free ranging hens for neighbors. There's a full size double bed, table for writing/eating/painting, microwave, kettle & water storage. The hut is well insulated & easy to heat with the electric heater or you can go old school & use the wood burning stove.

There is hot & cold running water & a loo close by at the farm.

Please note the cost is per person per night. This is so we can keep the price down for solo visitors.

Super sweet place, with lovely walks and scenery. The farm is neat, love being surrounded by sheep, goat, and chook sounds.

Dot and family were helpful and friendly, and the Shack was the perfect place to get away for a few days. Close to gorgeous country walks, quiet and pleasant surroundings, very comfortable bed, and all the necessary amenities. Loved my stay here.

What a phenomenal living space. I will definitely revisit. Breathtaking views and picturesque jogging route situated behind the property.

We booked this as a very last minute trip (Saturday morning for a Saturday stay). After working without a day off for weeks, we needed a night in the middle of a field with no TV and a game of Scrabble. This was the perfect getaway! Only 30 minutes from home, we turned up hours b…

Really peaceful spot, comfy bed, and well decorated hut. I came without a car. It’s a bit trickier, but if you’re willing to do a bit of walking, local buses are reasonably good.

Really wonderful escape! Pictures do not do it justice. Wonderful if looking for a get away in isolation. Recommend bringing wet wipes and a bucket as the tap/toilet a wee walk.
