-We provide a starter pack of toiletries and a set of towels per guest. For a short stay this may suffice. We recommend you pack or buy extra items as needed.

-We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, hot tub, weather, your travel plans, illness, etc. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive late, or cancel your stay.

-Please note, the parking lot and the road that leads to us can flood from king tides. Please keep this in mind when booking during hurricane season. There is usually a solution to park elsewhere, but it can become an inconvenience. Feel free to reach out with questions about this.
