Brand new, fully-furnished single story house in a peaceful location. This is a family-owned home in an established subdivision; it is a residential area including a variety of home styles. A no-outlet street with limited traffic and the occasional school bus. Close to many outdoor/recreational and downtown locations. You can bike to plenty of places. They have many community events and even fairs. The playground splash pad shown is Scottsboro Rec, including a large indoor pool (1 mile away).

The space
2 private bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. Set up well for traveling nurses or other itinerant jobs. Living room and full kitchen is one large room to the front of the house. Washer and dryer is tucked in a closet in the main living area.
House is booked as a full unit with utilities included. Lawn maintenance is done once weekly during normal daylight hours.

Ethernet / Fiber Optic / Wi-Fi / Smart TV.
Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, memory foam queen beds, end table usb charging, and 10 ft closets with hair dryer and ironing board.
2 full baths include shower/tub combo with detachable shower heads. They also have makeup mirrors with various level light control (just tap with finger for different light styles).
Fully furnished kitchen: stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee.
Yard is approx 0.25 acre.
Central AC/Heat. Digital key lock. Desk Space. Single Carport. Washer & Dryer.
Bedrooms + living room have black-out curtains.

Guest access
Entire house is up for booking, no shared spaces.

Other things to note
No pet policy. We love animals as much as the next person, but we have family members severely allergic and we would like our house to be allergen-free for the next booking. Thank you for understanding. If a service animal, you are required to bring your own linens. Please note as well that the house is not handicap accessible.
