I am Chef Marcus, an award-winning chef and owner of Aroma Thyme Bistro, a Farm to Table restaurant known for its delicious and sustainable cuisine. I have a passion for wine and spirits, and have trained at The Greenbrier in West Virginia, as well as conducted wine tours to Italy, Spain, New York, and Mexico. My wife Jamie and I have been featured in numerous publications, including the New York Times and Huffington Post, and have received numerous awards for our commitment to sustainability and real food. We are excited to open our home to travelers and offer a unique and memorable experience with a knowledgeable and experienced host. We hope to see you soon!
