Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house, including the living room, event room, kitchen, and four bedrooms, minus the utility room closet and one of the two closets in the primary bedroom.

Guests can use the backyard patio and grill, as well as the hot tub.

Parking is available on the street or in the driveway. There is garage space for compact cars or motorcycles.

Guests will receive a texted code for entry, which will be sent before arrival.

We have a wagon, an igloo cooler, beach chairs, beach chaise loungers, beach toys, and a couple of noodles and boogie boards you are able to use during your stay.

Other things to note
We rent to adults older than 25 years of age; adults cannot rent properties on behalf of underage guests.

To make your arrival smooth, we provide a starter supply of essentials including toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and basic cleaning supplies. This is thoughtfully stocked to comfortably get you through the first 2–3 days of your stay.

For longer stays, just like at home, you'll be responsible for purchasing additional consumables once the initial supply runs out. Feel free to reach out and ask us about local store options or what delivery services operate in the area.
