You’ll have full, private access to the entire property!

Other things to note
• Near the highway exit – Expect some light car noise, but enjoy super quick access to San Diego’s top attractions.
• Downtown setting – As with many urban areas, you may see individuals experiencing homelessness nearby. Please know that the property is fully gated and secure for your comfort and peace of mind.
PARTY POLICY
We strictly prohibit large-scale gatherings; however, we do welcome small, tasteful events such as bachelorette celebrations and family BBQs. Guest count must not exceed the maximum occupancy of 12, quiet hours must be observed, and the number of overnight guests should not exceed those listed in your reservation.
To help ensure a peaceful experience for everyone, we have security cameras located at the front of the house to monitor guest numbers and pet activity. We also use a privacy-compliant NoiseAware sensor that tracks volume levels without recording any audio.
PET FEE
$150 per well-behaved dog, per night applies to cover additional cleaning costs (limit of 2 dogs). Dogs must be crated if left unattended in the home for more than 2 hours—guests must provide their own crate. Unregistered pets will incur a $500 fine. If necessary, additional cleaning charges may apply based on market rates: $450 for couch steam cleaning and $200 for area rug cleaning. Please refer to our full Pet Policy for details.
EV CHARGING
$25 per overnight charge applies. Please let us know in advance if you'll need access to the charger.
EARLY CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
We’re happy to accommodate an additional half-day stay at the beginning or end of your reservation, based on availability. Fees vary depending on demand, so please reach out in advance for a custom quote.
SMOKING POLICY/FIRE RISK
Due to the high fire risk in our region, smoking is strictly prohibited both indoors and outdoors for the safety of all guests and the community. Please note that there may be times when fire pit use is temporarily unavailable due to elevated fire danger.
Please note that an additional rental agreement is required after booking to ensure the house rules are clearly understood and acknowledged.
