My place is a gorgeous rural hideaway, hidden from the road, it nestles on the slope just above Loch Ascog. Access is via a 300metre track. The cozy cottage has underfloor heating and an open fire in the living room. French doors lead out to the decking area and the fenced garden. It has a well equipped kitchen and shower room on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the upper floor. Equipped with Wi-Fi, and TV screen, my place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).

If you are looking for a relaxing break in a lovely cottage with a fireplace, this is a perfect cottage. We had the most relaxing Christmas ever. We suggest arriving during the day as you will walk in a field to find the place. We will definitely come again.

A beautiful cottage in a beautiful location. Thankfully we took our wellies so we could make our way through the field of sheep in the wet and windy weather! We heard and saw owls, birds of prey and lots of garden birds too. Nice and close to Portavadie for swimming and lots of n…
