This newly built 5-bedroom home on the lake offers 4 full-size Arcade Machines, big screen TV’s up to 75” inches, pool/spa, bbq, firepit, games, artwork, etc. The chef’s kitchen boasts a pizza oven & new appliances. All bedrooms are designer furnished with custom lighting & BIG TVs. The garage has a new, fast electric vehicle charger! This is one of the BIGGEST & BEST PRICED.

***PARKING***
Strictly a maximum of 4 vehicles is allowed (2 in garage & 2 on driveway FACING FORWARD). NO OVERNIGHT STREET PARKING OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE FINED. Additional vehicles will need to be parked outside of the community gates or safelisted with the property manager (maximum 1 vehicle per stay) for overnight street parking. Violators will be subject to community and city fines.

***MAIL***
Guests will not have access to the mailbox, please do not have items shipped/mailed to the house.

***CHECK-IN***
We understand that you may be excited to start your stay sooner than later. Please note we will do our very best to accommodate for early check-in’s as scheduling allows.

***POOL/SPA***
If you would like the pool/spa heated, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. A nightly heating charge will be added. The pool and spa are a combination so it's a 2-in-1.

***LAKE***
The lake is a no-contact lake for your viewing pleasure. This means no fishing or swimming in the lake but the home has its own pool/spa that you can swim in.

***SAFETY/SECURITY***
There are two outdoor security cameras (doorbell & driveway). They do NOT monitor any interior spaces.
