A DOWNTOWN roomy UPSTAIRS (steps to climb) loft apartment, in a historical building built in 1800s. A loft above a coming soon, coffee shop, is a spacious area, with 1200 square feet.
A full kitchen, two bedrooms, tv room and additional living room. Off street parking on parking lot by building.
Central to several attractions. Come see the historical Y-Bridge, visit The Wilds or just relax. Please note, space is downtown on a busy corner with street and neighborhood noise at prime times.

The space
Minutes from interstate 70, downtown Zanesville. Parking lot on property., with plenty of space for vehicles and large trucks. There are a set of steps to get to apartment. Just an fyi, this is a downtown apartment with street noise to be expected. Neighbors all friendly and helpful in the area. You will have a private main entrance, then another entrance to apartment. No other apartments or guest on property, you’re the only one staying in the building.

Guest access
All of upstairs apartment. Access from front corner door from parking lot. Access with code host will send morning of day of arrival. There is main door and an upstairs apartment door to space. Park any where you like in parking lot next to building where green poles are.

Other things to note
This is an old building we have re-done, saving lots of character. Please note there are a SET OF STAIRS to property apartment and it is downtown area on corner of two streets with vehicles passing by. There will be some noise you may hear inside. If you looking for a completely quiet neighborhood, probably not the space for you. There is some street noise and neighborhood noise some parts of day. There is a white noise machine in apartment if needed.
