The luxurious master ensuite includes a spacious shower, private water closet, vanity, and all essential amenities such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
The second full bathroom is shared between Bedrooms 2 and 3, with direct access from Bedroom 3, and includes the same upscale features.
A convenient half bath is also available for guests.

Enjoy cooking in the large, open-concept kitchen that flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, filled with natural light. Modern cabinetry and appliances make meal prep a breeze.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and dinnerware, and features both a built-in coffee maker and a traditional drip machine. You'll also love the convenience of reverse osmosis purified water on tap. We do not supply coffee, however you may find some from a previous stay. We recommend picking up some if you are a coffee lover.
We provide starter supplies including dish pods, garbage bags, dish soap, and paper towels. For longer stays, you may wish to pick up more of these and extra essentials such as paper towel, coffee, oil, salt, pepper, and any preferred seasonings or condiments.

Private Beach Terrace – Your stay includes your own private terrace on the beach, complete with a table and chairs. Later in the day, swing by the Beach Hut to rent paddleboards, kayaks, and beach gear, or sip tropical cocktails from the Tiki Bar, which serves drinks right onto the sand.

Guests at Palm Cay can simply take a short stroll to the clubhouse and enjoy meals or a drink. The clubhouse offers live music most Friday evenings and brunch on Sundays. Be sure to check with the club for further details or any additional activities.

Welcome to luxury living at ONE Marina, Palm Cay. During your stay, you’ll enjoy keyless entry and full private access to the entire marina front condo, plus exclusive use of the rooftop lounge and pool with stunning marina views.
You’ll also have access to the entire Palm Cay community, including the private Beach Club. Beach Club access is available for purchase directly through the resort. Passes are currently $27 per person, per day and now include gym access, with a 3-day consecutive minimum required. Wristbands must be purchased for all guests at the same time, so we recommend planning ahead—especially if your group is arriving at different times.
While pricing and policies are set by the resort and may change, many guests find the experience to be a highlight of their stay!
The Beach Club offers beachfront dining ( no wristband needed), an adults-only pool, a family pool, indoor/outdoor bars, live music most weekends, and direct access to powdery white sands and turquoise waters.

✔ We welcome new users to our space! For profiles without prior reviews, we require a refundable $500 damage deposit before confirming your stay. This helps us maintain our home for future guests and is returned at the end of your visit, assuming no damage is found.
✔ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled.
✔ Late checkouts will incur a minimum of $100 fine after 30 minutes, and an additional $25 for every additional 15 minutes there after unless prearranged for a late checkout. our cleaners have a busy schedule.
