Beautiful and walkable

Guests say this area is scenic and it’s easy to get around.
Max two adult couples only - not suitable for children .
This quaint cottage has been stylishly renovated to provide a perfect space to escape . Direct sea views over the tennis courts can be enjoyed via the west facing front deck ideal for people watching and sundowners .A minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes into the historic town centre with the fabulous independant restaurants , pubs and shops. The open fire makes it a great winter break after a bracing walk on the beach. Sorry no pets .

The space
The downstairs provides an open kitchen /dining /living area with open fireplace , with utility and second shower room .The space is dual aspect and morning sunshine pours in through the living space via the suntrap courtyard garden made for al fresco dining . There is a door onto the West facing decking from the living area for late afternoon sundowners.The tennis courts then the sea!
There is a shed which has beach chairs/ loungers /parasol /fire pit/cushions /BBQ . There is also a seperate bike shed with our two bikes that can be used if required at your own risk and we would recommend wearing your own helmets . Logs are stored in the log shed. We cannot be responsible for any injuries sustained if using the bikes .
Please note - The staircase is open - with a handrail- which makes it unsuitable for children.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds and a main bathroom - with a bath and seperate shower cubicle .
The owners keep the top bedroom locked for their own use .
Unfortunately there is no dedicated parking with the property ; its possible to park outside and unload and we have always found that parking is found in surrounding streets . We normally find parking in Collingbrook the unmade road off Nelson Road or further along Island Wall ( away from the town centre ) At peak times parking permits are avaialble .

The whole house ( save for the locked upstairs room ) is available for your use and decking/garden . We hope you enjoy.

Other things to note
Unfortunately there is no dedicated parking with the property ; its possible to park outside and unload and we have always found that parking is found in surrounding streets . Dedicated parking with the beachside properties is known to be difficult throughout Whitstable. We often park in Collingbrook the unmade road off Nelson Road or further along Island Wall ( away from the town centre ) There are also nearby car parks.

Neighborhood highlights

Very well located for a short stroll into town with all the independant local shops . There is also Windy Corner Stores a stones throw away that does amazing breakfasts . light lunches and takeaway snacks for the beach .
