Amina and Nedzad are the best hosts ever! The apartment is very clean, cosy and modern. The air-condition rescued us from the hot summer. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly, a supermarket is nearby. We are very thankful for all the help during our stay. We had the best holiday ever and recommend the apartment and the hosts!
Cosy apartment close to the old city centre of Sarajevo. We did not meet the actual owner, but the owner's husbond took care of showing us the way to the apartment. It's a little tricky to get there by car, but there is private parking. The shower didn't work properly.
My husband is also the actual owner. We have been married for 18 years:) We are very sorry that the shower did not work right , but guests before you did not say anything, so that we unfortunately did not know. After you told us, we immediately replace the shower battery.
The apartment is very big and well located. Only 10 minutes walking from the center, amina was friendly and available.
Very good :):)
Amina and Nedzad were perfect hosts. The apartment was clean and spacious and not far from the old town area. They provided us with maps and info to help us get around and Nedzad picked us up from the airport and took us to the bus station when it was time to depart (even though it was early in the morning). This was very kind as our one year-old baby was traveling with us!
A perfect place to stay in Sarajevo!
We only stayed one night at Amina's as a stopover from Belgrade to Dubrovnik, but after spending a few hours there we wished we were staying for a week!
Amina's husband picked us up from the bus station and drove us around Sarajevo as a quick tour, and then showed us around the apartment. They even organized a taxi for us for early the next morning!!
They are such a beautiful family!
The apartment is gorgeous also, small for four people, but more than big enough for a couple and probably perfect for a couple with two children!
Washer, Internet, kitchen facilities, and excellent air con!
Couldn't recommend more highly, and wished we had stayed longer, as we only just scratched the surface of beautiful Sarajevo!!
the room was awesome. very clean, came with aircon, washing machine, a mini kitchen and 2 televisions. it was also just a short walk down to the old town, although going back is much more tiring to walk and taking a cab from the foot of the hill is advisable (cabs are cheap).
it was a good base to explore old town from and although I did not meet amina, her brother and husband were nice enough to pick us from the airport when we came and to the bus station when we left.
Staying at Amina and Nedzad's apt in Sarajevo was the best decision I made. The house is cosy and tucked up in the hillside - about a 15-20 minutes invigorating walk from the centre of Bascarsija. I enjoyed that walk and I was glad to not be constantly among tourists. The windows offer views over the city and are great to relax by. The kitchen is stocked with glasses and bottle opener and knives so you could well eat in a few evenings. There is a bakery that's close by, as well as a small grocery store. Nedzad picked me up at 10:30 pm when I arrived at the bus station (from Belgrade) and it was a very smooth interaction from booking to check out. When I needed acco for an extra night, Nedzad prompty offered me another place because this one was full. I have no hesitation in recommending this house.
