With a private entrance from the yard, this property offers a unique blend of coziness and elegance, making it feel like a charming house nestled within a residential building. Living Room and Kitchen:
Step into a vibrant living space where the charming colors create a lively and inviting atmosphere. Relax on the comfortable sofa with a large TV in the front. The room is bathed in natural light from the expansive windows, enhancing its welcoming feel.

Bedroom:
The living room seamlessly connects to the bedroom through a charming archway. Here, you'll find a large, comfortable bed with bedside tables and lighting, complemented by a premium mattress to ensure a restful night's sleep. The cozy and intimate ambiance makes it a perfect retreat after a busy day.

Bathroom:
The modern bathroom is equipped with a new shower set, stylish tiles, and a mirror, offering both functionality and aesthetics. Enjoy the luxury of good water pressure and hot water, making every shower a refreshing experience.

1. Extra 'linen' charges apply for using a sofa-bed or travel cot. Request these options before booking.

2. Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen, and towels are provided. For stays over 20 nights, fresh linen and towels are supplied from the 10th day. Additional cleaning requests incur extra charges.

3. A starter supply of cleaning products, tea, coffee, and water is provided. Guests must purchase any additional supplies.

4. Early check-in or late checkout may not be possible due to back-to-back bookings. Confirm on your arrival/departure day; requests are subject to the cleaning schedule.

5. The apartment is strictly non-smoking. A $200 penalty applies for violations.

6. Do not rearrange furniture. If moved, return it to its original place before checkout to avoid a $50 repositioning charge.

7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts. Guests must log in with their subscription after check-in.
