Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, this elegant 5-bed, 3-bath property has it all: a fun-filled game room for both adults and kids, a dedicated office, 5 TV’s, and a private fenced backyard with a grill, covered seating, and a ready-to-go firepit. Plus, enjoy scenic running trails just steps away! Ideal for families or groups seeking fun, relaxation, and convenience!

The space
This large, beautiful home offers two living areas, a formal dining room, and a kitchen breakfast nook. The main living room features a gas log fireplace, while the second living space is a fun-filled game room equipped with a foosball table, play mats and toys for kids, a table for games or crafts, and a Google speaker to set the perfect vibe.

Downstairs (3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms):
• Primary suite: King bed with a private full bathroom
