The atmosphere is very peaceful - lots of greenness around and a very large window in the apartment. Walk to the park - 1 min.
It is a good place where to incorporate business into your travel as the building is situated in a part-business-part-residential district.

The space
The studio apartment contains a Sleepwell single bed, a kitchenette corner with dishes, a stove, kettle, a fridge, table, a shower and a large windowl. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor.

Guests will be access the entire apartment privately.

The booking amenities include: 1 set of bed sheets/linens and towels per guest. Extra bed sheets and towels can be provided for an extra fee if that is possible for us to organise at that moment. If the guests need extra bed sheets or towels, they need to request that at least 2 days before the start of the reservation. Cleaning service, laundry service or any other extra services during the stay are not provided.
