Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis in the amazing town of Arroyo Grande. The house is conveniently located close to the Village of Arroyo Grande with its restaurants and shopping, 15 minutes from the beach or Lake Lopez, and easy access to San Luis Obispo via the freeway or back way, but it's also at the edge of the country with beautiful views of the hills and is a few minutes from several farm stands with fresh berries and produce.

The space
This Airbnb room shares a wing of the house with one other Airbnb room. The wing is accessed via a private entrance and is separated from the host's space in the house (Note: No full kitchen but there are a microwave and mini fridge in the room).

Enjoy sunset views over the fields and hills from the front patio table!

There are a lot of kids that play on the street in our neighborhood, so if you could drive slowly and watch out for children at play that would be very appreciated. Thank you!
