Just 5 miles from the iconic New River George Bridge and National Park & Preserve near Fayetteville, WV, our spacious Retreat with a large lawn is designed for both relaxation and play.

The highlights? Your very own private pickleball courts - perfect for early morning rallies or sunset matches under the Appalachian sky. Whether you're a seasoned player or just trying it out, it's a guest favorite that sets us apart.

The space
Inside, enjoy large, open-concept single-level living with space to sleep 12 guests across 8 comfortable beds. A fully renovated kitchen, two dining tables, and a cozy lounge area with a big-screen TV makes it easy to relax and reconnect.

Outside, unwind in the hot-tub, grill up dinner, play horseshoes or cornhole by the fire pit, or simply lounge on the covered deck with a drink in hand.

Whether you're here to hit the course, explore the Gorge, or just recharge, Beverley's Pickleball Retreat is your home base for it all. Come for the mountains - stay for the pickleball.

Amenities include exclusive use of two new pickleball courts, hot tub, fire ring, horseshoe pit, and spacious lawn. Only residents of Beverley's Pickleball Retreat have access to the amenities, including the two private pickleball courts.

Guests have access to the house and all outdoor features. You have access to the lawn, fire pit, hot tub, and pickleball courts.
