BOOKING RULES:
- A photo of a valid government-issued ID is required before the booking can be confirmed. This is mandated by building management for security and applies to all guests staying at the property.
- Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book.
- Strict NO VISITOR policy.
ACCESS TYPE
⊳ Guests will have access to the entire 2nd-floor loft apartment. Building access is via a street-level front door (physical key provided) and a private penthouse elevator that opens directly into the unit — no shared hallway, no common corridor.
