Experience comfort and convenience in our spacious home, perfect for any visit to Valley City. As alumni of Valley City High School and Valley City State University, we appreciate the beauty and amenities Valley City has to offer. We are proud to be here!

Our large house ensures everyone has their own space to relax and recharge. Send the kids to basement for air hockey and a movie night while the adults enjoy conversation in the main floor living room or catch-up on a favorite show on the second floor lounge area.

The outdoor space has a picnic table and grill with propane provided.

For those visiting for hunting season, we offer a garage for cleaning birds and off-street parking that's ideal for trailers and boats.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, the Hi-line Hideaway is just 15 miles from Lake Ashtabula where you can enjoy boating, swimming, and fishing. If prefer something closer, a beautiful walking path and park is a one block away; during winter months you will also find a skating rink.
