The space
Make yourself at home in this spacious and comfortable two-story 3200 sq. ft. accommodation featuring three large kitchenette's, three refrigerator/freezers, three microwaves and three televisions. Our Farmstead is decorated in a way that makes you feel instantly at home and creates an atmosphere of connection!

Other things to note
This is a 70-acre working farm. Please note that there may be occasional noise after 8:00 AM for our to staff clean pastures, use farm equipment, and tend to the alpacas.
If you are staying as part of a wedding party, please be aware that our Airbnbs are completely separate from our event contracts. Reach out to our sales manager to reserve any part of the property.
This accommodation is self-check-in, self-service, and self-check-out. Breakfast is not provided.
For your safety and convenience, we recommend arriving before dark, as country roads are not well-lit at night. We also suggest traveling by car and not by ride share services.
Please be aware that you may smell alpaca manure outside, as it is part of the farm environment.
This accommodation is designed for up to ten guests. Additional guests are not permitted to sleep over, no exceptions.
If you plan to explore the farm or garden, please bring appropriate shoes for wet or muddy terrain.
Dogs are not allowed. Alpacas perceive unfamiliar dogs as predators, and their presence can cause distress to the animals.
For safety reasons, children under 13 years old are not permitted as guests. The farm features creeks, ponds, a koi pool, a reflection pool, river frontage, and livestock pastures, each presenting potential hazards. Additionally, the accommodation is not childproof, and we do not provide infant or toddler furnishings. The safety of our guests, especially children, is our top priority.
The farm is located near a small, privately owned airpark for light aircraft. You may occasionally hear planes overhead.
Life happens so we recommend travel insurance, in case you need to make last minute changes to your plans.
