The Family Villa is a spacious two level villa that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

The bed setup at the lower level is one double+ sized main bed and a double+ sized pull out bed, while upstairs its setup with three double-sized mattresses.

This unit features window type air-conditioning on both floors and has its own private toilet and bath.

The large windows provide great views of the pool and the resort's surroundings.

The space
We're in the quieter side of Liwliwa, across the river but still within walking distance to the beach and other popular establishments in the area.

Guest access
Guests will have access to our dipping pool with sun deck and lounge chairs, the restaurant, common kitchen, open air showers, open cabanas, and enclosed public toilet and showers - all within a few steps of the Family Villa.

Other things to note
We have our own private parking lot outside of the property. It's about 3 to 5 minutes away from the resort.

We are not beachfront. it's about 8-10 minutes walk to the beach from the resort.

Along the way, you'll pass by the other resorts and restaurants/bars in Liwliwa.

We are located on the quiet side of Liwliwa, but just a few minutes walk away from the other popular resorts, bars, cafes, and restaurants in Liwliwa.

The beach is about 8-10 minutes walk from the resort. Activities like ATV, Banana Boat, and Jetski rides are available from licensed operators at the beach front area.

Depending on season, we can help arrange other activities like a trip to some nearby waterfalls, Mapanuepe Lake, island hopping, and watching turtle hatchlings released by the beachfront.
