Enjoy your stay in Spokane!
This property was a fabulous experience. Not only for the accommodations but for the hospitality, proximity and neighborhood. Pam and Ted were very gracious and also very respectful of our privacy. The room was better than we had hoped for myself, my wife and 12 yr old daughter. Clean, warm, quiet and most importantly comfortable. We actually stayed for almost a whole day because the rental is so comfortable! There are plenty of stores near by and the house is in a newer area in a cul-de-sac so it was blissfully quiet. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a 2 bedroom. There is no stove for cooking but we more than managed with the microwave and a Trader Joe's close by.
We would put 6 stars if we could!!
Pam and Ted were exceptionally warm and welcoming! Pam went out of her way to make spectacular homemade zucchini bread, my husband's favorite! They stocked the kitchen with delicious bagels, bread, all kinds of coffees and teas, etc. The beds were so warm and deliciously soft and inviting. The neighborhood was very pleasant and welcoming. There was a huge amount of living space and our own parking space. The place was immaculately clean and spotless. There were an amazing number of products in the BA. The FP was cheerful and warm. Pam and Ted helped with directions, restaurant suggestions, activities, etc. Our first experience using Airbnb, so what a great introduction. What more could you ask for? Pam and Ted exceeded our expectations on every level. Would love to stay with them again!
We have stayed with Ted and Pam many times. Each has been very enjoyable. Their accommodations and hospitality are exceptional. The space is very well done and we love the special touches. Every time we visit, there are some changes and we are excited to see what has changed. This makes it very interesting. We highly recommend this place and look forward to our next visit.
Most cozy, clean and well furnished place we have stayed in so far. Very comfortable bed. Has a large flat screen TV with a variety of channels. The beautiful garden can be viewed from the window. Pam has every bathroom amenity you could possibly need. I have no complaints what so ever about this place.
Our stay was great! We were able to check in early so that we could attend festivities related to the wedding we were in Spokane for. Both rooms were spacious, neat, and clean and the living room area was very homey and welcoming. We really appreciated how thoughtful Pam and Ted were. They stocked the kitchen area with the little knick knacks that make an already good experience even better.
Ted and Pam are exceptionally gracious and friendly hosts!! We were welcomed with such warmth that I believe we became friends as soon as we arrived. Our circumstances were unusual in that we didn't come to visit, or attend a function, but came because we were moving our son and family to Spokane. We had a few unusual needs and both hosts were very helpful and immediately resolved them. Our son, wife and 3 small children had just packed up everything - leaving their familiar city of a very long distance away - moving to this unfamiliar. Ted and Pam interacted with them in the kindest, most thoughtful ways. I can't say this enough... it was as if we all had been friends forever. The great location of their home provides a quiet, secure environment. I loved the fact I could open the windows anytime and enjoy the fresh air. The apartment is kept immaculate - and the furnishing and decor are exceptionally nice. Being a person who appreciates cleanliness - I even learned a few things! Probably what makes this apartment most enjoyable is the beautiful, open view from this half-basement level apartment with large windows. I am a big gardener - and I loved marveling at their well cared for garden beds - each filled with garden sass and flowers!! YES, I will definitely return when we come to visit our family!! I can't think of more perfect place we could have stayed and more perfect hosts than Pam and Ted.
Sherry and her family are super guests! We do hope to have Sherry and her husband back anytime they can book.
Thank you Sherry for being so kind, considerate, clean and friendly.
Also, your letter was well received.
You have become family and we do look forward to many return visits.
Let us know if you need transportation to and from the airport.
Pam and Ted
We so enjoy staying with Pam and Ted. This was our second time so I'm not even going to touch upon their fun decor. What we'd like to share is how welcoming they both are and how clean and comfortable everything is. As hosts, they have an amazing talent for friendliness and balancing privacy. Pam reaches out to see if we have any special requests ahead of time and, like our first stay, our area of their home had recent touches of welcome set just for our arrival. When we walk into Ted and Pam's, you know they have recently double checked to make sure everything is in order. We look forward to our next visit to Spokane and seeing Ted and Pam.
Ted and Pam bike along the Spokane trails, riding into Coeur d Alene, ID and back, fishing, walking, tennis, sewing, gardening and photography and traveling. Pam loves tap dancing with the Tap Grandmas, dancing for charity and volunteers at the Spokane, WA, Landlord Association. The most important part of our lives are our grandchildren, children, family and friends.
Ted speaks Spanish and enjoys communicating with Spanish speaking friends and patients. Ted went back to college in his 50's and graduated at age 60 in the field of Nuclear Medicine. Pam takes care of their real-estate rentals
